1. Services provided

Website Design, SaaS Design, Development, Apps, Branding, Refame Theme & more digital services.

2. Payment

Payment for services is due as per the agreement made with us before starting a project. We do not begin any work until payment terms are confirmed.

3. Revisions and deedback

Once work is delivered, you have 3 business days to review and provide feedback. Any additional revisions or changes may incur extra charges.

4. Ownership of Work

Upon full payment, you will own all final project files, including designs and source files. We retain the right to showcase the final work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your project and will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel a project, please notify us in writing at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not available after work has commenced.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that all materials you provide to us are legal and appropriate.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
