To cancel a project, please notify us in writing at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not available after work has commenced.

If you purchased any Refame LLC themes, plugins, or digital products through a third-party marketplace — including but not limited to Envato, Webflow, or LemonSqueezy — this refund policy does not apply.

All transactions made on external platforms are fully governed by their own refund, return, and dispute policies. Refame LLC does not control, manage, or override the operations, billing systems, or decisions of any third-party marketplace.
